The Bronx Opioid Collective Impact Project is a collaborative initiative that encompasses organizations and agencies from diverse sectors to reduce opioid-related fatalities and increase community safety by utilizing a harm-reduction approach.
It is comprised of a broad network of community-based partners, including: Acacia Network, La Casa de Salud, Third Avenue BID, Harlem United, St. Ann’s Corner for Harm Reduction (SACHR), New York Harm Reduction Educators (NYHRE), OnPoint NYC, the Emma L. Bowen Community Service Center, Peer Network of New York, Samaritan Daytop Village, Columbia University, BOOM!Health, and others.
